They scheduled the estimate at my convenience and Hugo showed up on time. Very pleasant and very professional. He walked through the work I wanted done and gave me a written estimate, including the re-wiring of the kitchen. I decided to postpone the re-wiring.
When I expressed surprise that the work wasn’t being done that day (my misunderstanding), Hugo got on the phone and located a crew and they came later that day.
The three guys were great! The crew boss was also named Hugo. The fan was a nasty, dirty job. No complaints. They each took a job and when the 2 replacing fixtures were done, they came to me and asked if there was anything else they could do while the third finished the fan! I have found my electricians.”
